The
Rose Achievement Award will be awarded annually to recognize
a Sweet Adeline who has achieved success in the Region
by unselfishly giving her time and talents for the good
of her Chapter and Region.
This award may be awarded at the Regional Breakfast at
convention.

Greatest Yearly Percent Increase (GYPCI) Award: Presented
to the chapter with the greatest percentage growth in
membership based on International tabulation of membership
figures from January 31 of the previous year to January
31 of the current year. The Membership Coordinator shall
make the tabulation from figures received from International
Headquarters. This award may be presented at the Regional
Breakfast at convention.

The BRAVO award (Best Retention And Valued to our Organization
award) is a certificate for 90% retention for the choruses
as of 3/1 of each year. The Membership Coordinator shall
make the tabulation from figures received from International
Headquarters. This award may be presented at the Regional
Breakfast at convention.

Region 24's STARS!

Region
24 “STARS” are Sweet Adelines who are nominated
by their fellow chorus members. Many women go above and
beyond to help out their chorus and the Region 24 “STAR”
award is a way to publicly thank them for their dedication.

Northwest Harmony Chorus
This
award will be presented to the chorus or quartet that has
shown outstanding efforts at sharing their love of music,
performance, fellowship, and respect of civic clubs and
social organizations in their community; support of the
Young Singers Foundation and local charities; and performs
within their local communities for both donations and gratis.

Improved & Novice Quartet Awards
In
addition to possibly placing first through fifth at Regional
Competition, the Region and the Gold Country recognizes
its regional quartets with two
awards: the Novice Quartet award (this comes from the Region)
and the Most Improved Quartet award (this comes from Gold
Country).
Most
Improved Quartet Award. To be eligible, a quartet
must have competed in the previous year, still be registered
under the name used
the previous year, and have the largest increase in score
over the previous year's score. This award is given by the
Gold Country -- the Region's past
regional quartet champions who are dedicated to promoting
and encouraging quartetting. Winning this award provides
the privilege of performing on the Show of Champions.
Novice
Quartet Award will be presented to the quartet
that entered the Regional Quartet Competition for the first
time and received the highest total score among eligible
quartets. To be eligible, no more than two (2) members may
have competed in a previous Regional or International Quartet
Competition. Winning this award provides the privilege of
performing on the Show of Champions. |

Director Award

Presented
to the eligible Novice Director or co-Director with the
highest scoring chorus. To be eligible the Director or co-Director
must 1) direct a chorus in the current competition, and
2) never have directed a chorus in any previous Sweet Adeline
Regional or International competition. The winner of this
award is announced at the Show of Champions.
